Shipping policy

All orders placed before 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the next working day in Sweden.

Within Sweden

All orders are sent through the Swedish postal service, PostNord or Bring and will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed.

Within EU

All orders are sent through DHL or Postnord and will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed.

DHL - Collection Point or Home Delivery: 3-6 working days

Internationally

All orders are sent through the FedEx or UPS and will be delivered straight to your home or the nearest collection point - you will be notified when it's ready for pickup. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been processed.

VAT and import duties are set by local customs and are beyond our control. Therefore, the customer bears all possible customs, fees and relevant taxes.
